1. Promotion Overview
The Player of the Month promotion rewards the player who earns the most points across all River Rats Poker League events within a calendar month.

2. Promotion Period
- The promotion runs from the first day of each calendar month to the last day of the same month.

3. Scoring System
Points are awarded at every official River Rats Poker League game as follows:

| 1st Place | 20 Points |
| 2nd Place | 15 Points |
| 3rd Place | 10 Points |
| 4th – 5th Place | 7 Points |
| 6th – 10th Place | 5 Points |
| 11th+ Place | 2 Points |
Points accumulate across all eligible games throughout the promotion period.

4. Eligibility Criteria
- Any player who participates in River Rats Poker League games is eligible.
- The player with the highest total points at the end of the promotion period is deemed the Player of the Month.

5. Prize
- The winner will receive free entry into all River Rats Poker League nightly games for the following calendar month.
- For big events, the winner’s buy-in only will be covered. This excludes any add-ons, rebuys, or other additional costs.
- The total approximate prize value is $800 AUD.

6. Tiebreaker
- In the event two or more players finish the month with equal points at the top of the leaderboard, a heads-up game will be played between the tied players to determine the winner.
- The prize cannot be claimed until the tiebreaker is resolved.

7. General Conditions
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Points and standings are at the sole discretion of River Rats Poker League, and all decisions are final.
- River Rats Poker League reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
