Participation:

• The promotion grants the player entry as a free player into the game.

Non-Transferability:

Promotion Overview

• The “Beat The Boss” promotion offers players the opportunity to win a jackpot by eliminating the designated “Boss” during a poker game. The jackpot starts at $50 and increases by $50 weekly, capped at a maximum of $500.

Eligibility

• All players participating in the poker game where the “Beat The Boss” promotion is running are eligible.
• Players must have paid the buy-in for the game to qualify for the promotion.

Jackpot Accumulation

• The jackpot starts at $50 and increases by $50 each week that it is not won.
• The jackpot is capped at a maximum of $500.
• If the jackpot is won, it resets to $50 for the next eligible game.

Conditions to Win the Jackpot

• To win the jackpot, a player must eliminate the designated “Boss” for that week’s game.
• The elimination must occur under one of the following conditions:
  • Week 1 ($50): A Pair or Flush or Better holding both hole cards.
  • Week 2 ($100): Ace High Flush or better holding both hole cards.
  • Week 3 ($150): Full House 3’s over 4’s or better.
  • Week 4 ($200): Full House 6’s over 5’s or better.

Designated Boss

• The “Boss” will be designated by the tournament director or game organizer before the start of each game.
• The “Boss” for the week will be announced at the beginning of the game and will be clearly identified to all players.
• The designated “Boss” will be moved to a different table at each blind level to ensure that all tables have an opportunity to compete for the jackpot.

Elimination of the Boss

• The player must be the one to eliminate the designated “Boss” from the game to claim the jackpot.
• The elimination must be a direct result of a hand that meets the winning conditions outlined above.

Prize Distribution

• Upon successfully meeting the conditions to win, the jackpot will be awarded in cash at the end of the game.
• The jackpot amount will be the accumulated total at the time of winning, up to a maximum of $500.

Eligibility for Entry:

• Players are eligible for the “Half Time Royal Draw” by attending the current day’s game plus at least one game from each of the previous three weeks (i.e., a total of four game attendances).
• Players must be present during the draw to participate.

Draw Mechanics:

• The “Half Time Royal Draw” board consists of five columns with the following cards in each column:
  • Column 1: 3x 10s and a wild card
  • Column 2: 3x Js and a wild card
  • Column 3: 3x Qs and a wild card
  • Column 4: 3x Ks and a wild card
  • Column 5: 3x As and a wild card
  • To win, the player must choose cards from each column, forming a Royal Flush (10, J, Q, K, A) made of hearts.

Jackpot and Payouts:

• The jackpot starts at a base amount and increases by $50 each game, available on Sundays and Mondays.
• If a player draws a Royal Flush with no wild cards, they win the full jackpot.
• If the Royal Flush contains one wild card, the player wins 50% of the jackpot.
• If the Royal Flush contains two wild cards, the player wins 25% of the jackpot.
• If the Royal Flush contains three wild cards, the player receives their buy-in back for the game they’re attending, allowing them to play for free.

Conditions for Wild Card Usage:

• The wild card can only substitute for a single card within the Royal Flush combination.
• The payout decreases based on the number of wild cards used in the Royal Flush, as specified above.

Prize Claims and Verification:

• Winners must claim their prize immediately after the draw, and the combination will be verified by the event staff.
• All decisions regarding the draw and prize claims are final and made at the discretion of River Rats Poker League management.

Roll-Over and Jackpot Increase:

• The Find the Rat promotion is a progressive jackpot system in which players of River Rats Poker League poker events at Wynter Tavern have the opportunity to win a growing prize by selecting a joker card, referred to as “the Rat,” from a modified deck.

Eligibility

• This promotion is open to all registered players of River Rats Poker League poker events at Wynter Tavern.
• Each player may earn up to 4 entries into the draw
  • 1 entry for playing on the night of the draw.
  • 1 additional entry for each poker event attended in the last three weeks, for a maximum of 3 additional entries.
• Staff Exclusion: All staff members of River Rats Poker League are excluded from entering the draw. Any attempt to enter will result in disqualification from the promotion.

How to Enter

• Players must participate in River Rats Poker League events at Wynter Tavern to earn entries.
• Eligible players’ names will be entered into a randomizer at the break during poker events.
• The number of entries per player will be based on their attendance record, with a maximum of 4 entries.

Draw Process

• After the break, one player’s name will be randomly drawn using a digital randomizer.
• The player drawn will select from 26 face-down cards on the board.
• If the player selects the joker card, “the Rat,” they win the current jackpot.

Prize Pool

• The jackpot starts at $150 and will increase by $25 each week the jackpot is not claimed.
• Once the prize pool reaches $500, any cards that are selected but are not “the Rat” will remain face-up for future weeks, increasing the chances of finding “the Rat”.

7. Entries must be received before 6:45 PM the night of the draw.
8. The winning name of the successful entrant will be audibly and clearly announced so that all patrons who have a ticket in the draw have the opportunity of hearing the announcement.
9. If the successful entrant fails to present themselves to the person who conducted the draw within 4 minutes of the announcement, a further draw will take place and the process continue until a successful entrant presents themselves.
10. The successful entrant will have the opportunity to select from a deck of 20 playing cards, which are turned face down on a board. The prize is won if the successful entrant selects the Ace of Spades. If the Ace of Spades is not selected, the prize jackpots to the following week. The cards will be turned back face over and re-shuffled at random under supervision by the Poker Tournament Director and Bellevue Bar Staff management.
11. Upon successful selection of the Ace of Spades, the patron will be awarded an envelope with the current prize pool, no later than 30 minutes after winning, with a photo taken and submitted to the River Rats Poker League social media accounts. 
12. The start-up amount for the prize is $250. If not won, the prize jackpots by however many players are at the game each evening multiplied by 2.
