Partnership

Membership
- River Rats Poker League (ABN 23 854 612 989) administers the associated Membership Program.
- The VENUE is the licensed establishment where you have joined the River Rats Poker League
- Registration to the River Rats Poker League is free of charge.
- Members of the River Rats Poker League Membership Program must be over the age of 18 and an Australian resident. River Rats Poker League may ask you at any time to provide valid identification to prove your eligibility to be a member of River Rats Poker League.
- To apply for membership of River Rats Poker League you must fully complete and sign the River Rats Poker League membership application form. By signing the River Rats Poker League membership application form you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound the terms and conditions and membership charter of River Rats Poker League. River Rats Poker League may from time to time amend these terms and conditions. A current copy of the terms and conditions will be displayed at www.riverrats.com.au/terms-conditions
- River Rats Poker League or the VENUE have the right to refuse any membership application at their sole discretion.
- Only one membership per person is permitted.
- River Rats Poker League administers other membership programs and reserves the right to combine, consolidate or rebrand any of the membership programs. In the event that the River Rats Poker League integrate, consolidate or rebrand River Rats Poker League all current members of River Rats Poker League will automatically become members of the new membership program.
- A member of River Rats Poker League can at any time elect to discontinue your membership. A request to discontinue your membership or to update or correct any information should be sent to admin@riverrats.com.au
- In accordance with our Privacy Policy, names displayed on our Social Media posts may be altered to protect the identity of our players.
Competitions
- Any member of River Rats Poker League who participates in any River Rats Poker League competition agrees to abide by the River Rats Poker League Competition Terms and Conditions.
- All chips used in River Rats Poker League events have no monetary value.
- River Rats Poker League customers agree to be photographed whilst participating in River Rats Poker League events and agree to the publication of these images in all forms of media such as, but not limited to, marketing material such as brochures, social media pages, newspapers, magazines, and websites. Players agree to waive any rights they may have regarding the use of these images and their likeness.
Use of Information/Privacy
- By becoming a member of River Rats Poker League, unless otherwise advised, each member agrees that River Rats Poker League may use your personal information for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without seeking your approval and the River Rats Poker League has the right to send you information or promotional material via SMS, Email or mail.
- River Rats Poker League may also use information gained about members for research to develop future products, services and offers.
- All information accumulated by River Rats Poker League is for the use of River Rats Poker League. River Rats Poker League undertakes not to sell member information to any other person or organization that is unrelated to River Rats Poker League.
